THE MOLLISONS CRASH AT CROYDON.—Within a few seconds of starting off on their non-stop flight to New York, Mr. and Mrs. Mollison (Miss Amy Johnson) crashed. It appears that the machine swung over and overturned, one of the wheels of the undercarriage beins so badly damaged it was impossible to continue the Eight. The machine has no-.v her-.u repaired they are at Per.dine Sands, Wales, awaiting favourable weather reports. The picture shows the machina alter the crash.
