ATHENAEUM CUP DEBATE.
"That no man can become rich honestly" was successfully debated by the Fabian Club acainst the Junior Chamber ot Commerce in continuation of the Athenaeum Cup contest on Saturday evening. The winning team comprised Messrs. W. T. Anderton, C. W. Boswell and R. IS. Beswick, and the Junior Chamber of Commerce was represented by Messrs H 11. Guinncs, H. R, Swan and W J. C arkMr L. Phillips, who judged tho debate, awarded 250 points to the Fabian dub and 247 to the Junior Chamber ol Commerce.
