TENNIS CLUB DANCE.
The annual dance and prizegiving of tho Hallyburton Johnstone Tennis Club held at tho Dixieland Cabaret last evening was attended by a large number of members and visitors. Tho prizes won during tho season were presented by the patron, Mr. J. A. Lee, M.P. Mrs. Lee, who was also present, wore pale cornflower blue georgette. Excellent music was supplied by the cabaret orchestra, and flowers in tho club colours adorned the cubicles, and wore daintily arranged on the supper tables. Among the guests wore: Mrs. A. J. Clarkin, primrose satin; Mrs. W. Stitchbury, deep pink chiffon; Mrs. C. Hawkins, honey satin; Mrs. A. R. Johnson, pastel pink satin; Mrs. Hay, lettuce green georgette; Mrs. A. F. Shade, black ring velvet; Mrs. R. Webb, black fiat crepe; Mrs. E. Pitcher, green crepe faille; Mrs. A. Oldfield, black lace; Mrs. A. Harris, tulle; Mrs. F. Forest, applo green faille; Mrs. H. Lewis, black taffeta; Mrs. G. Dawson, violet ring velvet; Mrs. G. H. Whiting, deep blue taffeta; Mrs. H. A. Canbie, almond green ninon; Mrs. C. S. Lewis, ivory georgette and lace; Mrs. L. Dew (Wellington), lacquer red lace; Mrs. W. Reid, black flat crepe; Mrs. H. Gilniour, pastel green Chantilly lace; Mrs. A. Webb, maroon chiffon; Mrs. G. Jarvis, green georgette; Mrs. H. Moran, pastel pink faille; Mrs. T. McLeod, lilac crushed velvet; Mrs. W. Gamble (Wellington), cherry crushed velvet; Mrs. F. Preston, ivory lace; Miss B. Oates, rose lace; Miss C.
