Dairy Produco Board. It was lecom- | mended that tho present method oi $ election should be altered to provide for a council of 45 members, being elected by the factory directorates, who would then elect the board from its members. Another remit demanded the right for the industry to exorcise liberty of choice among recognised milk-grading methods, and expressed dissatisfaction with the regulations as gazetted, especially the compulsory duplication of tests. _ It was decided to request the Minister of Agriculture., the Hon. C. E. Macmillan, 1 to bring down regulations prohibiting 8 the export of waxed cheese, while a }| motion that action should bo taken to 1 prevent London agents from selling i;| butter on consignment before arrival in 4 England was also carried.
