Under tlio -will of the late Mr. BernI ]iartl Henry Moller, of Nelson, bequests : of £200 each, subject to a life interest, are mado to the following:—Presby- | terian, All Saints, Methodist and Baptist : Churches, Nelson; St. Mary's and St. 1 Andrew's Orphanages, New Zealand I Cancer Fund. Nelson Fire Brigade, RegiI mental Band, tho Nelson Rose Croix I Chapter and tho Trafalgar Boyal Arch | Chapter. Bequests of £100 each are left to tho Nelson Football Club, Athletic Cricket ' Club, Y.M.C.A. Cricket Club, _ Nelson Ru"bv Union, inmates of Ren wick Cottho Nelson Lodge of Juvenile Odd--1 fellows, and tho Nelson Horticultural I Society. Further, 250 shares in an I Auckland company are left to the j Jubilee Institute for tho Blind, Auckland. I The death of Mr. Moller was reported ; from Nelson earlier in the present month J at the age of 82 years. He held high ; degrees in tho Masonic Order.
