NOISY CROWD AT ASHBURTON

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) -ASHBURTON, this day. A thousand people noisily protested against the exhibition of _ "Whiskers" Blake and Jack Patterson in an eightround professional wrestling bout on Saturday night. The bout wad willing in places, and the contestants displayed anger at times. Referee A. Craig declared the bout a draw, cach man having one fall. Blake was-the more scientific, and 6lanuned his opponent violently several time's.
