WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.
LITTLEJOHN—NUGENT.
A pretty wedding took place at St. Benedict's Church recently, when Constance Eleanor Nugent, cidest daughter of Mr. and Sirs. Nugent, of Newmarket, was joined in the holy bonds of matrimony to Arthur Warringt-on Littlejohn, eldest son of Mr. and the late Mrs. C. Littlejohn, of Remucra. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, wore a graceful frock of ivory satin beaute and embroidered veil and orange blossom, and carried a sheaf of cream dahlias and asters. The bridesmaids were Miss Ernie Nugent, sister of the bride, who wore blue organdie, with tiny frills and a turban to tone, and Mis<> Gwendoline Gilbert, wearing pink organdie, with tiny frills, and turban to tone. Both carried bouquets. Eileen Smith, the sweet little girl, cousin of the bride, wore a dainty long blue organdie frock with frills and dainty hat to match. She also carried a bouquet. Mr. Alan Wells acted as best man and Mr. Bruce Freeney as groomsman. The Rev. Father O'Gorman officiated. A reception was held at the Mayfair Cabaret, where Mr*. Nugent, mother of the bride, received the guests wearing navy blue silk marocain, re ieved with red, and little red toque. After the breakfast and the usual toasts were honoured a very pleasant evening was spent. Music and floor were under the management of Mr. Tatton. Among those present were: Mrs. E. Nugent, Mr. and Mrs.. T. Nugent, Mr. and Mrs. Hick. Mr. and Mrs. Murray, Mr. and Mrs. Ford, Mr. and Mrs. Mcriuire, Mr. and Mrs. Verild, Mr. and Mrs. Dean, Mrs. Lewis, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Gilbert, Mrs. Hanson, Mrs. Ellett, Mrs. E. Eaton, Mm. Gregory, Mrs. Dodd, Mr. and Mrs. Sinclair, Mr. C. Littlejohn, Mr. B. Eaton, Mr. Ray, Mr. B. Littlejohn, Mrs. Douglas P. Ford, Misses M. and V. Dreaver, E. Davie, H. Hihbet, G. Wright, V.
