According to latest advices received from London,, the recent advances 111 butter and cheese values have been maintained, and one of the merchants cables reports that a good feeling prevails. The weekly cable from .London, forwarded by the Tress Association, reads as follows: — Butter is quietly steady. Choicest salted: New Zealand, 80/ to 81/ per cwt; Australian, 79/ to 80/. Unsalted, 2/ premium. Cheese is firm. New Zealand, white, 49/ per cwt; coloured, 55/; Australian, 47/ to 52/. MERCHANTS' CABLES. Cables received by local merchants from their representatives in Tooley Street are as follow: — Mr. L. McCartney (Messrs. Henry A. Lane and Co., Ltd., London). Butter. New Zealand, 80/. Market quiet, but firm. Cheese: New Zealand, white, 48/; coloured, 54/. Market quiet. Cood feeling prevails. Mr. M. 0. Stewart (principals, Messrs. 11. and W. Davidson, Ltd.).—Butter: New Zealand, salted, 78/ to 80/, equivalent to 9.04 d f.0.b.; unsalted, 80/ to 82/, equivalent 9.31 d f.o.b. Market very quiet. Cheese: White, 48/, equivalent 5.11 d f.0.b.; coloured, 54 /, equivalent 5,86 d f.o.b. Market quiet. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd. (London principals, Messrs.
