DRINKING IN HOUSE.
BRITISH M.P.'S CHARGES. LONDON, May 17. Labour members of Parliament discussed the speech recently made by Dr. A. Salter (Lab., West Bermonclsey), about excessive drinking in the House of Commons. Dr. Salter declared that he was ready to enter into details of his allegations if the party desired him to do so. The matter was adjourned.
