REFORM IN INDIA.
COMMITTEE DISCUSSIONS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 17. The joint Parliamentary Committee which is considering the question of constitutional reform for India met in the King's robing room in the House of Lords. The proceedings as usual were private. For the first time several Indian delegates were present.
SLOWER LOSING. GANDHI'S WEIGHT DROPPING. CALCUTTA, May 17. The condition of the Indian Nationalist leader Gandhi is satisfactory. He is losing weight at the rate of half a pound a day compared with two pounds a day last week.
