KNEE-LENGTH COATS.
Knee-length coats in cloth, tweed and fur were one of the leading featuies at a recent spring dress show, held in London. These coats represent fashions latest decree; they are cut with loose, limp-looking back, yoke, turn-over collar and cleverly adjusted Raglan sleeves. They may match the gown or be in definite contrast. The general opinion of the dress critics was that the stvle was one becoming to nearly all women. Much black was shown, relieved, for the most part with white, while navy blue and white, green and the popular cream and brown sporting check weie other colours favoured. Skirts were straight and moulded, tunics looked, well for town wear, and sliinly cut fur capes promise to be fashionable.
