Permits Wanted to Fly Overj Persia dnd Turkey. j MRS. BONNEY DELAYED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, May 16. Mrs. H. Bonney, the Australian airwoman, who in attempting a flight to England, was forced down in the Malay Peninsula, with considerable damage to her machine, states tliaji she is now ready to resume her flight, but is held up owing to her inability to obtain permits to fly over Persia and Turkey. INVERTED FLYING. ITALIAN'S WORLD RECORD. ROME, May .16. Flight-Lieutenant Boscola has broken his own world's record for upside-down flying. Ho flew for 5 hours 51 minutes without feeling any ill-effects.
