MINERS INJURED.
RIDING MOTOR CYCLE. COLLISION WITH CATTLE. TWO MEN IN HOSPITAL. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. William Shcrliug, aged 24, and William Kerr, aged 20, both miners at Huntly, received severe head injuries when they were riding a motor cycle and ran into a mob of cattle late last night near Ngaruawahia. It is believed tho miners, who arc employed at the Wilton collieries, were returning from a lute shift at the mine when the accident occurred. Both were knocked unconscious. They received medical attention at Huntly and then were sent to the Waikato Hospital. Their condition is serious.
