The joy of Francis Patrick McKie, San Francisco, holder of a winning ticket in the Grand National at Aintree, England, turned to gloom. His wifo filed suit for divorce and. obtained from Superior Judge Thomas F. Graham an order restraining him from disposing of the £30,000 ticket on the ground it is joint property. McKie is a milk wagon driver.
