DIVORCE GRANTED.
On the grounds of a' separation order, Francis Evelyn McDonald (Mr; L._ G. Simpson) was granted a decree niei in her petition for divorce from William McDonald by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court this morning. Petitioner eaid she was married in February, 1008, and there was one child. In September, 1920, she obtained a separation from her husband, and that order was still in force. A son of petitioner said that since the order his mother and father had not lived together.
