BAIL FOR WIFE.
HUSBAND STAYS IN CUSTODY. Following an application for bail, which had been refused by .Mr. Wyvern Wilson at the Police Court yesterday, .Mr. Justice Smith this morning granted bail in the sum of .CoOO to Mury Campbell, but refused bail to her husband, Robert William Campbell. Both are charged with unlawfully using an instrument upon a young woman, who has since died. The application to his Honor this morning was made by Mr. Sinyur, counsel for the accused.
