GENERAL MANAGER. MR. G. H. MACKLEY APPOINTED MR. ROUSSEIX'S SUCCESSOR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. G. H. Mackley, assistant manager, has been appointed general manager of New Zealand Railways in succession to the late Mr. P. G. Roussell, who died last year while visiting Auckland.
