CRIMINAL SESSIONS.
■ "'■ -' '•' THIRD TRIAL OF NURSE KERR. The quarterly criminal sessions of the Supreme Court at Auckland will open to-morrow. In all 23 cases are set down, the list including two charges of murder. In addition there will be the third trial of Nurse Kerr. : The session, with two judges sitting, Mr. Justic. Herdman and Mr. Justice Smith, is expected to occupy three weeks. The addresses to the grand jury tomorrow will be delivered by Mr. Justice Smith.
