LATE SIR A. GRAY.
* AN IMPRESSIVE FUNERAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . WELLINGTON, Sunday. One of the most impressive funerals seen in Wellington for years was that of the late Sir Alexander Gray, K.C., president of the New Zealand Law Society, to-day. The thousands of people who lined the streets represented every class, of the community, and a procession of cars several blocks long passed through the city. A service was conducted at Sir Alexander Gray's home by the Rev. J. R. Blanchard. The burial took place at Karori cemetery.
