NORTH SHORE CLUB. The North Shore Pigeon Club concluded its young bird series with a single bird race from Taumarunui, an airline of 144 miles. Result:— Messrs. Andrew's b c h Green Linnett, 95Cyds ... r -4 OTAHUHU CLUB. The Otahuhu Racing Pigeon Club flew its young bird championship for the cup from Paekakariki, an airline of 280 miles. (A single-bird entry.) Result:— Mr. G. Robinson's b c c Glider 11., 925.44 yds - per minute 1 Mr. R. Penton's b b c Uhlan Laddie, 923.7 yds 2 Mr. N. Hanford's r c c Red Crest, 922.32 yds 3 Mr. T. Harvey's blk c h Black Arrow, 921.42 yds 4 Mr. N. Hanford proved to be the winner of the average flying for the season, ===== .
