UNLAWFULLY ON BOAT.
Arrested last night by Constable Campbell on a charge of being found without lawful excuse on a fishing boat belonging to Bert Doyle, a labourer named Alexander James Brannigan appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court this morning. Brannigan pleaded guilty.
Ou the application of DetectiveSergeant McHugh, Brannigan was remanded until May 6, in order that further inquiries might be imade Aboivk 3wm.
