BRITISH COMPLAINTS.
TWO ARRESTS REPORTED.

RUGBY, April 28.
Asked in the House of Commons yesterday what steps were being taken in connection with the arrests in Germany of W. Mann, and an Indian named Tagori, the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, said Mann was arrested during a police raid on a Berlin club. The British Ambassador had addressed a Note to the German Foreign Minister asking for a full investigation of the circumstances.
,It was reported that Tagori was arrested near the Austro-Bavanan frontier, and it was not certain that he was a British subject. A report from tho Bavarian authorities was on its way. . ...
