RELIEF WORKERS' "CHARGE SHEETS."
I think every letter on this question has missed the most important point, that when those "charge sheets" have been filled in they are handed in to -the "yard" ofiiee. If these papers were placed in sealed envelopes and forwarded to. say, Wellington, or Auckland papers to Wellington and vice versa, throughout New Zealand, there would not be so much dissatisfaction. NOT A PRISONER.
