DEAR OYSTERS.
There was no appearance in the Police Court yesterday of H. G. Bull, prosecuted bv the Marine Department for poaching" oysters at Waiheke on March 5. A fisheries inspector said he found defendant with three dozen oysters. The magistrate imposed a fine of £4 and costs.
