Rumours aro being revived to the effect that the disagreement between the Nazis and the Nationalists inevitably will lead shortly to changes in the Cabinet. It is stated that Dr. Hugenberg, Minister of Commerce and Agriculture, and Baron von Neurath, Minister of Foreign Affairs, are not likely to remain in the Cabinet much longer. It is expected that tlio Vice-Chancellor, Herr von Papen, will be the next Foreign Minister. He has become a close personal friend of the Chancellor, Herr Hitler. Herr Franz Seldte, leader of the powerful "Stahlhelm," or "Steel Helmet," organisation and Minister of Labour in the Hitler Cabinet, has joined the Nazis, taking his Stahlhelms with him.
