RESTITUTION ORDER.
"He left me on January 21 of this year, giving me no reason whatever. T wrote asking him to come back, but lie replied refusing to return." said Clarice Joyce Langley Chapman (Mr. Oliphant), who sought an order at the Supreme Court this morning for restitution of conjugal rights against Guy Drummond Chapman.
Petitioner said she married respondent at Christchurch in 1920 and there were two children. They came to Auckland to reside, and' in April, 1927, his manner towards her changed, and finally he left her.
Mr. Justice Herdman made an order for the respondent to return to petitioner within 14 days.
