John Robert Victor Hart, a chiropractor, was charged this morning with causing the death of Henry Gordon Aitken, thereby committing ■ manslaughter. • "-..
*• It is alleged that in prescribing for and attending Aitken, Hart failed to use reasonable knowledge, skill and care.
He was remanded to appear on May 5. Bail was fixed at £500, with one surety of £500 or two of £230 each.
