ST. ANDREW'S SOCIETY.
ELECTION OP OFFICERS.
The annual meeting of St. Andrew's Society was held last evening, Mr. D. McCrone presiding.
The treasurer reported that the finances were sound and that there was a cash balance of approximately £40, despite reduction in subscription rates.
The following officers were elected: — Patrons, Mr. J. Craigie, Sir George Fowlds, Sir George Elliot; president, Mr. J. W. Bissett; secretary, Mr. A. J. Muirhead; treasurer, Mr. D. A. Taylor; vicepresidents, Rev. A. Miller, Messrs. A. J. Muirh'ead, D. McLaren, A. D. Munro; council, Messrs. W. L. Pirie, C. Brash, W. H. Tongue, Le Beau, Harrison Lee, J. Lornie, J. Barbour, G. Spicer, H. Barbour, K.- McGregor; Mrs. W. Black, Mrs. J, W. Makin; hon. accompanist, MisS L. Braithwaite; hon. pipe-major, Mr. D. Ferguson; auditor, Mr. J. Budge.
