The Orange Bowling Association hold its annual opening night on Monday in the Drnids' Hall, Newton. Representatives of kindred friendly societies and other visitors were present. President Bro. This resulted in a tie in the number of wins, 101 each, but on points the president's teams won by 138 points to 123 scored by the vice-president's teams. Next week's fours tourney will be held on Wednesday night.
