GALLOPS AT RICCARTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCII, this day. So bright was the moon early this morning that the first of the training gallops at Riccarton was done by moonlight before dawn. P. McGrath and F. D. Jones' horses enjoyed this privilege. SILVER SCORNS OWNER ARRIVES. The Randwick trainer, Mr. F. T. Cush, owner of Silver Scorn, arrived in Auckland to-day by the Monterey from Sydney to see his filly race at the Auckland autumn meeting. Mr. Cush will then take her to Sydney.
