Mr. .T. N. Massey, M.P., will join the Limited to-night for the South.

Dr. Pinfold. Mayor of Hamilton, will leave for the South from Frankton by the Limited to-night.

Dr. C. E. A. Coklicutt and Mr. J. A. C. Allum will be passengers for the South by the Limited to-night.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Boyle, of Sydney, who are spending a holiday in the Dominion, are at the Grand Hotel.

Mr. G. R. Hutchison, a member of the Broadcasting Board, left for Wellington by the express yesterday afternoon.

Mr. L. V. Bryant, son of Mr. J. T. Bryant, of Matangi, has been appointed to the staff of the Southland Boys' High School.

Mr. J. F. Montague leaves by to-mor-row's express for Napier to adjudicate at the annual competitions there, and afterwards goes on to Wellington. ,

Professor H. C. Richards, professor of geology and mineralogy at the University of Queensland, who has been visiting Auckland, left last night for Arapuni.

Dr. A. Martin Ross, of Otaliuiiu, returned by the Mamma yesterday after a year spent in England and Scotland. Most of hi? time was spent in post graduate study.

Mr. G. D. Larsen, trade counsellor to the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, who has been in New Zealand, principally at Auckland, for the past month, sailed by the Monterey to-day.

Mr. S. F. Markham, of the Museums' Association, London, who has been visiting the museums and art galleries of the Dominion,, left by the Monterey today en route for the United States.
