LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
PAPAKURA CLUB
At- the Papakura League Football Club's annual meeting Mr.' A. J. Williamson presided over a large attendance of members. The chairman congratulated the second grade team upon winning the championship against very strong opposition. Officers elected : Patron, Mr. E. C. Foote; nresident, Mr. S. H. Godden; vice-presi-dents Messrs, T. F. Snell and L. McVeagh; secretary, Mr. N. Widdowson ; treasurer, Mr W. K. Francis, jun.; auditor, Mr. G. R. Wilson ; committee, Messrs. G. Wilson, V. Ashby, L. McVeagh and H. O. Spinley.
