As a returned soldier and a relief worker entirely dependent on relief work I fail t0 understand why there should be any fuss about signing this form. My observations during the last two years have convinced me that this form is long overdue, and if some such similar form were required to be filled in by every other worker, including wonien> the ranks of the unemployed would be reduce", husband and wife at work, pensioners, superannuitants and otheivs occupying dual positions would be a thing of the past, and the emancipation of the worker would proceed.
