MAIN DEPRESSION PASSING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The . main depression for yesterday's etornl is paesing away east of the Dominion, but a secondary depression has developed in the southern portion and should cross the South Island tonight. An anti-cyclone is located over the north Taeman Sea. The forecast is for strong but decreasing south-west winds, witli the weather cool: and changeable, with some showers, but improving gradually. Seas rough but moderating.
