Under ordinary circumstances they would have ■ arrived in Wellington this morning, and gone on to Christehurch to-night. Even now, if they arrive in Wellington by Thursday they can catch the ferry on Thursday, night and arrive in Christchurch by Friday; but they will scarcely be as fit as they might havebeen to play in an important match. ,
