MOTOR EXPERTS.
RELUCTANT "WITNESSES. "JUSTICE OBSTRUCTED." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Thureday. A statement that garage proprietors and motor body builders were reluctant to give expert evidence in Court cases \vas°made by Mr. Tracy, counsel, when appearing in a civil case this morning, before Mr. E. D. Mosley. S.M. He told the magistrate that the administration of justice was thus being obstructed. "We have difficulty in obtaining expert evidence without subpoenas," declared Mr. Tracy. "They have an association among themselves, and have an understanding that they will not give evidence against one another as to work done." The magistrate's advice was that a subpoena be issued to get witnesses to the Court. i
