PETER PAN.
A large party of Carinthia tourists enjoyed Peter Pan hospitality on Saturday, and greatly to the delight of the visitors and cabaret patrons generally, an entertainment of a national character was provided by a troupe of Maoris, who performed hakae with vim, graceful poi dances, and gave demonstrations pf Maori arts and craftsmanship. With Merve Bree and his band setting a gladsome pace, the evening was a particularly successful one. Among those dancing were: Mra. H. Ward, black ring velvet; Mrs. Dunningham, honey beige lace and georgette; Mrs. Gordon Jones, slim-fitting frock of black flat crepe; Mrs. R. Kerridge, white and jade satin ensemble; Mrs. A. E. Moore, ivory eatin beaute; Mrs. Neville, ravenswing blue lace and chiffon; Miss June Donald, black lace, with cherry satin eash; Miss Zeta Saunders, frilled pinspot muslin frock in palest primrose yellow; Miss Kath Cahill, smart striped frock in tones of blue and white; Miss Mary Wilson, white and red pin spot muslin frock; Miss Dot Evans, ivory duchesse satin; Miss Helen Seabrook, phlox pink flowered chiffon; Miss Jeflnnette Collinson, ivory liberty silk frock, patterned with dark red flowers; Miss Bunty Randall, waterlily flat crepe; Miss Leslie McDuff, palm green net and chiffon; Miss Marjorie Bruce, primrose yellow taffeta.
