SEARCHERS LOST.
TWO MEN ON MOUNT EGMONT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Saturday. Two young men, Messrs. H. Williams and J. Collins, who were lost on Mount Egmont on Thursday, were located yesterday by a search party from Kaponga. In company with others from the Kaponga district, ■ they had been combing the southern reserve in search of their uncle, Mr. Collins Rowan, a settler, who has been missing for some weeks. They became separated from the party and were hopelessly lost. Search parties were sent out from Kaponga and Dawson Falls. Throe men, Messrs. J. Bowie, D. S\Tnes, and M. Voullaire, found Messrs. Williams and Collins traversing the banks of a stream in an endeavour to work their way out of the bush area. When found they were none the worse for the adventure.
