HALF-HOLIDAY CHANGE.

THAMES, this day.
The Thames Advisory Committee yesterday made a recommendation to the borough commissioner, Mr. C. L. Grange, that Saturday and not Wednesday be made the statutory half-holiday for Thames. Mr. Grange accordingly declared Saturday to be the half-holiday for 1923-34.
