BIRKENHEAD COUNCIL.
The Birkenhead Borough. Council met last. evening, the Mayor, Mr. G. Mills, Pr UsJ D of Hinemoa Park.-The council granted the use o£ Hinemoa Park to th. Regatta Committee for use on the day of the regatta. Any request to erect a refreshment stall was to be referred to the parks committee.
