FORGERY ALLEGED.
WOMAN CLERK'S ARREST. RECEIPT FOR £75 INVOLVED. Arrested by Detective Hamilton, a young woman clerk appeared in the Police Court this morning charged with forging a receipt for £75 on November 2(>, 1G32, with intent that it should be acted upon as genuine.
The young woman, who was smartly dressed, was remanded until Saturday next. , On the application of her counsel, Mr. Allan Moody, accused's name was ordered to be nu essed in the meantime.
