BOMB FACTORY.
DISCOVERY IN SPAIN. MADRID, January 19. A bomb factory was discovered in full operation at Igualada, near Barcelona. It contained 3000 uncharged shells, a quantity of explosives, iron moulds capable of casting six bombs simultaneously and 1700 bomb cases ready for shipment.
Two men who were making bombs were arrested. They said they believeiti they were making motor appliances.
