UNIVERSITY DEGREES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The University Senate to-day passed an amended motion as follows:^ —That the senate approves of examinations at stage three and honours (arts and science) being conducted as far as possible, and as eoort aB possible, in New Zealand, and that it be left to the executive committee to work out details.
