RELIEF "CUTS."
Seeing that the unemployment fund is in such a !bad way that a 10 per cent "cut" is necessary in the pay to men on relief work, it appears to me that it would be only j"st if the same cut were applied to all salaries paid to officials out of this fund for adminiSjg tration.
