The- annual meeting of the Auckland 'Outboard Racing Club was held last, even■lng in the clubrooms, High Street, Mr. E. ■S. Mouat, club captain, presiding. the annual report stated that thanks to the art union and generous assistance from donors the chib was in a sound finan'Cial position. All races had been contested in a true racing spirit, and there had been no disputes. It was proposed to resume racing on the Panmure Basin on Saturday, ■January 7. .- . ~ ■ ".' The following officers were elected: — Patron. Mr G. R. Hutchinson; club captHin, Mr. G. P. Robertson ; vice-captain, Mr. imp. Pidseon ; hon. secretary, Mr. P. A. Cliig: hon. auditor, Mr. E. R.
