Chinese fruiterer's shop in Karangaiape Road on Sunday afternoon, a thief ransacked, the. premises and stole money totalling £20. in silver and a gold wristlet ■watcn..... . ■ • . Following an identification parade at the police station this morning, a young Chinese gardener was arrested by Detective A. Moore,.and will appear in the Police Court to-morrow morning.
Fang Sang, aged 20, appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court earlier this morning on a charge of .being idle and disorderly, and on the application of Detective-Sergeant Kelly jras remanded until to-morrow morning.
