Boarding of British Ships in American Waters. SUPREME COURT TO DECIDE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 7. An interpretation of the treaty with Britain providing for the boarding of British vessels suspected of smuggling liquor into the United States, was asked of the American Supreme Court to-day, with regard to a case from Rhode Island. /
