BALKAN UNREST. Bulgar-Yugoslav Relations Imperilled. FRONTIER DISPUTES. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, December 6. Vienna and the Balkans are in a ferment, and Bulgarian and Yugoslavian relations are imperilled by frontier disputes. Yugoslavia has diplomatically informed Bulgaria that she is withdrawing the mixed commission for the peaceful settlement of frontier incidents owing to Bulgaria's failure to suppress terrorists' organisations. Austria is protesting against Yugoslav kidnapping of Austrian subjects.
