Hindenburg's Refusal of Hitler Claims. REICHSTAG REOPENS. (Received 2 p.m.) BERLIN, December 6. A Nazi, Major-General Litzmann, as the oldest deputy, performed the opening ceremony of the Reichstag, amid cheers and jeers. All the Nazis were in full uniform, except himself.
