ULTRA-SHORT WAVE.
MARCONI'S EXPERIMENTS.

LONDON, December 4.
Lecturing in London the Marchese Marconi revealed that recent short-wave radio experiments had resulted in communication over a distance of 168 miles on a 57 centimetres wave length. He said that the possibilities of ultra short waves were immense as they were not affected by fog and gave a high degree of secrecy. He was considering their application to broadcasting and television.
